Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the player ("User") and MAXION TECH CO., LTD. ("Company") regarding the game Kyrie & Terra: Eternal ("Game").

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Game, the User agrees to comply fully with these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Game immediately.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Game, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

This includes the Company's Privacy Policy and any additional conditions issued in the future.

4. License

The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Game for personal entertainment only.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

5. User Account

User must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account credential.

If the User suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must notify the Company immediately.

The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access due to negligence in account security.

6. User Conduct

User must not:

  • Use cheats, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software.
  • Harass, abuse, or insult other players.
  • Trade or sell in-game items or accounts for real money.
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

7. Payments and Digital Goods

Kyrie & Terra: Eternal provides both direct in-game top-up and third-party online store purchases authorized by the Company.

User must verify all details before completing any transaction. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

The Company is not responsible for payments made through unauthorized channels.

8. In-Game Content

All intellectual property in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, music, characters, systems, and storylines, belongs exclusively to the Company.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Updates and Service Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or suspend the Game temporarily or permanently without prior notice and shall not be held liable for any resulting losses or damages.

10. Personal Data

The Company collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing Game services, in compliance with the Company's Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand (PDPA).

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted and shall not be liable for any damages arising from Game use unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Company.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any User who violates these Terms without prior notice and without any compensation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.

14. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version regularly.
